These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the sabet platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By using sabet, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and sabet ("sabet," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). By registering an account, logging in, or placing any wager on sabet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. To use sabet's real-money services, you must register an account by providing accurate and complete information, including a valid email address, full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You agree to keep this information current and promptly update it if it changes. sabet reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where materially false or outdated information has been provided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sabet login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. sabet will not be held liable for any losses incurred through unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify sabet immediately via live chat or support email if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering law, sabet requires all Players to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal. Acceptable Philippine-issued identification documents include: National ID (PhilSys), Passport, Driver's License, SSS/UMID Card, and PRC ID. sabet may request additional documentation at any time at its reasonable discretion, including for large withdrawals or as part of periodic compliance reviews. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.
sabet accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may be updated from time to time. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned, less any applicable processing fees.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. GCash withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 5–30 minutes; however, sabet does not guarantee processing times and reserves the right to take up to five (5) business days for verification purposes. sabet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request above standard thresholds.
Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the sabet account dashboard and may vary by payment method. sabet reserves the right to charge a processing fee on withdrawals below the stated minimum, at the applicable rate disclosed at the time of the request.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on sabet are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented to the Player. The following general conditions apply to all sabet bonuses unless otherwise stated:

For sports betting markets, the official result declared by the relevant governing body shall be used for settlement purposes. sabet reserves the right to void markets where outcomes are affected by verified fraud, match irregularities, or data feed errors.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on sabet and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities:

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any sabet content without prior written authorization from sabet. Unauthorized use of sabet's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sabet's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on sabet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sabet collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the sabet Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account on sabet, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
sabet complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities (including PAGCOR) as required by law, and with trusted service providers who support the operation of the sabet platform, under strict data processing agreements.
sabet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if sabet reasonably determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if closure is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory instruction. Upon termination for cause, any remaining balance may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law.
You may request the closure of your sabet account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. sabet will process account closure requests within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining eligible balance after pending wager settlement will be returned to your verified payment method.
Players who require a break from gambling may initiate a self-exclusion period from within their account settings. Self-exclusions take effect immediately and cannot be reversed until the stated exclusion period has elapsed. sabet will use reasonable technical measures to prevent self-excluded Players from accessing the Platform.
sabet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via their registered email address at least fourteen (14) days before taking effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or regulatory instruction, in which case the change will take effect immediately.
The current version of these Terms is always available at sabet.lat/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were most recently revised. Your continued use of sabet after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of sabet, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute between you and sabet, you agree to first contact sabet's support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. sabet will acknowledge formal disputes within five (5) business days and endeavor to resolve them within thirty (30) business days.
If an internal dispute cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the regulatory authority overseeing sabet's operations. sabet will cooperate fully with any regulatory inquiry or investigation.
You agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from these Terms, subject to the escalation process described above.
